To the traditional ricotta production, today they join the creation of original products derived from research and system technology innovation that allow facing new challenges and conceiving brand new proposals.
In 1990, Eleonora, Roberta and Luca decided to transform the Caseificio into Ricotteria. Since then they started the partnership with national and international brands becoming today the sector point of reference.
In 1983 dad Lino called the small laboratory with his wife’s name: “Elda”. The family dimension and a mentality focused on growth and improvement through the details attention are the base of company vision.
The transfer of dad Lino from Altissimo to Vestenanova is the most important step for Zerbato’s family. He used to pull milk cans with his motorbike at the new Caseificio at the foot of Lessini mountains. This place is the cornerstone of a project full of passion.
Tipical “Casaro”, every morning grandfather Giuseppe reached by foot the districts of Altissimo and surroundings. In caracteristic buildings of 1900s he trasformed the milk into cheese. His character, tenacity, determination and the respect of the territory, are still in Elda dna.
